Rayna Anderson-Crier is the founder of Laureate, a personal development brand that helps others put their Best Foot Forward in college, career, and community. With over a decade of experience coaching at five major universities—most recently guiding MBA students at a top business school—Rayna empowers others to grow with strategy, polish, and purpose.

A certified career coach and former recruiter, Rayna has helped thousands of students and professionals transform goals into action through intentional planning, personal branding, and powerful connections. She holds degrees in Higher Education Administration and Healthcare Management, along with specialized training in leadership coaching, career assessments, and holistic wellness.

Outside of work, Rayna is deeply committed to faith, family, and service. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and The Junior League of Houston— as well as a proud wife and mother of two.
